Welcome to West Valley DRIVE Camp Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard information available.

 

Summer Camps Basic Information

6 individual weeks:

  • June 10 to 14
  • June 17 to 21
  • June 24 to 28
  • July 8 to 12 (ALL GIRLS CAMP)
  • July 15 to 19
  • July 22 to 26

  • Weekly cost: $365 per player

AAU Membership Requirement

You must register first with AAU and then return to this Registration Session to signup.  If you have not already signed up with AAU, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1:  Obtain current AAU Membership
    • IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT AAU MEMBERSHIP:  CLICK HERE to go to AAU Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with AAU. Each player must have their own unique AAU Membership ID. Our current club code is RSYA4TF5.
    • TO LOOK UP/RENEW AN AAU MEMBERSHIP:  CLICK HERE to go to AAU Membership Lookup.
  • Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session, you will need to enter your AAU Membership ID. 

Cancellation Policy

Changes for the camps can be made anytime with no change fees. Please contact us at westvalleydrive@gmail.com to request a change.

Changes can include changing weeks, swapping a week for another child or getting a credit for future camps or regular basketball season.

 

Summer Camps

To ensure efficient staffing and organization, we kindly request that you inform us of any registration cancellations by May 15th. Prior to this date, you'll be eligible for a full refund, less a $25 cancellation fee and credit card processing fees. For cancellations made after May 15th, a 25% cancellation fee will apply, but you'll still receive a  refund.

 

All other camps

(Thanksgiving, Winter Holidays, President's Week, Spring, etc)

If you choose to cancel your registration before the camp has started, you'll be eligible for a full refund, less a $25 cancellation fee and the credit card processing fees.
